We’re proud to announce the three recipients of this year’s Lyons Health Labs student grants: Chris Lozada of Castro Valley, CA; Jamie Nicole Fowler of Petaluma, CA; and Brandy Michelle Slone of Hindman, KY.
The student grant program is a partnership between Lyons Health Labs and the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). Each grant provides up to $1,000 to help cover tuition and certification exam registration costs, making it easier for nutrition professionals to advance their education and credentials. The grants are open to anyone accepted into or currently enrolled in an ANFP-approved training program—and are especially valuable for those balancing full-time work with the pursuit of additional certifications.
Past recipients have gone on to earn meaningful credentials through the program, including many who have become Certified Dietary Managers.
